A community-led Islamic playgroup supporting mothers and young children through play, friendship, faith, and connection. With thriving groups in Cardiff and a new playgroup in Barry, Bismillah Babies creates welcoming spaces where families can build community, nurture their children's Islamic identity, and support one another through the journey of motherhood.

Muslimah Outdoors encourages Muslim women to connect with nature, their Welsh surroundings and one another through accessible outdoor activities and experiences. Their work spans across fitness, creativity and culture with the intention of promoting wellbeing, confidence, sisterhood, and a love of Allah’s creation.

Assadaqaat Community Finance (ACF) is a Wales-based not-for-profit organisation advancing financial inclusion through Islamic finance and culturally sensitive support. ACF provides interest-free finance, business support, entrepreneurship training, mentoring, and wellbeing services, with a strong focus on empowering women, young people, and underserved communities, including Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, migrants, refugees, and asylum seekers, to overcome financial barriers and build sustainable futures.

SAE Empower Coaching helps women navigate midlife, menopause and hormonal health with confidence through evidence-based coaching, movement and wellbeing programmes. Founded by Sahir Ahmed Evans, the organisation empowers women to reconnect with their strength, rebuild confidence, and prioritise their physical and emotional wellbeing.
Sahir will be at Blŵm, talking on our Menopause Panel and delivering a pilates session for older women.

Stronger in Sisterhood is a women-led strength and wellbeing community helping women build physical and mental resilience through inclusive fitness, expert coaching and genuine sisterhood.
Founded by Dina Torkia, the platform champions sustainable wellbeing over quick fixes, empowering women of all backgrounds to grow stronger, healthier and more confident together.
We are excited to welcome Stronger in Sisterhood as a Community Partner of Blŵm Festival. Dina will also be leading an Introduction to Fitness Workshop, inspiring women to take their first steps towards a stronger, healthier future.

For over 25 years, Women Connect First has empowered Black, Asian and other minoritised women and girls across Cardiff and South Wales, providing a safe, welcoming space where women can access advice, advocacy, wellbeing support, education, volunteering opportunities and community connections.
